Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at learn.dentalaistandard.com or dentalaistandard.com, enrolling in any course or program, downloading any resource, or participating in any community offered by DOMA AI Corp you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms do not use our platform or purchase our products.
Who We Are
The Dental AI Standard is operated by DOMA AI Corp. Our programs are designed exclusively for adult dental professionals including dental office managers, treatment coordinators, front desk staff, dental consultants, and practice owners. By enrolling you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are using our content in a professional capacity.
Educational Purpose and No Professional Advice
All content delivered through The Dental AI Standard including course modules, live sessions, prompt packs, frameworks, templates, community discussions, emails, and any other materials represents the opinions and professional experience of Kyle Summerford and DOMA AI Corp. It is provided for educational purposes only.
Nothing in our programs constitutes legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or compliance consultation. While our curriculum addresses topics including HIPAA compliance considerations and dental insurance communication, this content is educational in nature. You are responsible for consulting qualified legal and compliance professionals before implementing any policy or procedure in your practice.
DOMA AI Corp, its founders, instructors, employees, affiliates, and related entities are not liable for any decisions you make based on the content of our programs.
Results Disclaimer
Results from participating in AI Ready Certification or any DOMA AI program vary based on individual effort, implementation, practice environment, team dynamics, and numerous other factors outside our control. DOMA AI Corp makes no guarantee of specific outcomes including but not limited to career advancement, compensation increases, practice revenue growth, insurance claim approval rates, or recognition of the DAIS credential by any third party employer, DSO, or professional organization.
Testimonials and examples used in our marketing represent the experiences of specific individuals and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
The AI Ready Promise — Refund Policy
DOMA AI Corp offers a conditional 14-day satisfaction guarantee on the AI Ready Certification program called the AI Ready Promise. To qualify for a full refund under this guarantee you must meet all of the following conditions.
You must submit your refund request within 14 calendar days of your enrollment date. You must have completed Module 1 in full including any associated quizzes or exercises. You must have attended the Founding Cohort Kickoff Call live or watched the full recording within the 14-day window.
Refund requests that do not meet all three conditions will not be honored. Refund requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] with the subject line AI Ready Promise Refund Request. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
No refunds will be issued after the 14-day window under any circumstances. Chargebacks initiated outside of this policy will be disputed.
Intellectual Property
All content delivered through The Dental AI Standard including but not limited to course videos, written materials, prompt frameworks, the Bagel Method, the 4-Layer Architecture, the DAIS certification system, digital badges, certificates, and any tools or templates provided are the intellectual property of DOMA AI Corp or Kyle Summerford individually and are protected by copyright.
You may use the materials for your own professional development and within your own practice. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, teach from, or create derivative works based on our content without written permission from DOMA AI Corp. DAIS-C certified consultants operating under a valid DAIS Consultant License Agreement are exempt from this restriction within the scope of that agreement.
Sharing course login credentials with individuals who have not enrolled is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Community Standards
Participation in any DOMA AI community — including but not limited to the private GHL founding cohort community — is a privilege not a right. Members are expected to engage with professionalism and respect. DOMA AI Corp reserves the right to remove any member from the community at any time for conduct that is disrespectful, harmful, discriminatory, or inconsistent with the values of the DOMA AI community. Removal from the community does not entitle you to a refund.
Third Party Links and Recommendations
Our curriculum may reference or recommend third party software tools, vendors, or services. If you purchase anything through or as a result of a recommendation made in our program you should assume that DOMA AI Corp may have a monetary relationship with that company including but not limited to affiliate commissions, sponsorship arrangements, or equity positions. We will always disclose material relationships. We recommend you conduct your own independent research before purchasing any third party product or service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law DOMA AI Corp, its founders, officers, employees, instructors, affiliates, and related entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our programs, platform, or content. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOMA AI Corp, its founders, officers, employees, instructors, affiliates, and related entities from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses including reasonable legal fees arising from your use of our platform or programs, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party rights.
Modifications to Terms
DOMA AI Corp reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students by email.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
