The Dental AI Standard is operated by DOMA AI Corp. Our primary website and course platform is located at learn.dentalaistandard.com. When we say we, us, or our in this policy we are referring to DOMA AI Corp and its affiliated entities.
What Information We Collect
When you visit our site, register for a webinar, or enroll in a course we may collect the following information.
Your name and email address when you sign up for our community, download a resource, or register for a webinar or course. Your payment information when you make a purchase — note that payment processing is handled by Thinkific and Stripe and we do not store your credit card details directly. Your usage data including which modules you complete, which resources you download, and how you interact with the course platform. Any information you voluntarily share in community discussions, Q and A sessions, or direct communications with our team.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to deliver the course content and certification program you enrolled in. To send you course-related communications including module drop notifications, live session reminders, and graduation information. To send you marketing communications about DOMA AI programs, events, and resources if you have opted in. To improve our curriculum and platform based on how students engage with the content. To process refund requests in accordance with the AI Ready Promise.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your contact information with vendors or sponsors without your explicit consent. This is not a policy position we take lightly — it is a core value of DOMA AI Corp and is reflected in our curriculum.
Email Communications
When you enroll in a course or download a resource from The Dental AI Standard you will receive transactional emails related to your enrollment. You may also receive marketing emails from DOMA AI Corp about future programs and community updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails related to your active enrollment cannot be unsubscribed from as they are required to deliver the service you purchased.
Cookies and Tracking
Our platform uses cookies to maintain your login session and track your course progress. We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our site. We do not use cookies to serve third-party advertising.
Third Party Platforms
Our course platform is hosted by Thinkific. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Community communications may be delivered through GoHighLevel. Email delivery is managed through our email service provider. Each of these platforms has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We encourage you to review their policies directly.
Data Retention
We retain your account and course data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. If you request deletion of your account we will remove your personal information from our active systems within 30 days subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you. You have the right to request correction of inaccurate information. You have the right to request deletion of your personal information subject to our retention obligations. You have the right to withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time. HIPAA Notice
The Dental AI Standard is an educational program. We are not a covered entity under HIPAA and do not handle protected health information on behalf of dental practices. Our curriculum teaches dental professionals how to use AI tools in compliance with HIPAA — we do not collect, store, or process any patient health information through our platform.
Children
Our programs are designed for adult dental professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information please contact us immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify enrolled students by email if the changes are material. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
